Alanna is amazing! I was nervous going for my first every facial, but she was super kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The facial itself was really relaxing and calming. Hi Alice! I do superficial chemical peels that only penetrate the top layers of skin and cause a mild flaking rather than actual peeling which is great for rejuvenation and maintenance . For pigmentation and sun spots that have been on the skin for a longer period of time I would recommend having a deeper peel which is done by a doctor or med spa. The longer you have pigmentation the deeper it goes into the layers of skin making it more difficult to remove. It is recommended to also use appropriate skincare products and spf at home to enhance your results and prevent pigmentation. If you are under a physician’s care or using prescribed medication it is recommended you consult your doctor first.
