I have been using The Dental Method for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier. Susan, my dental hygienist, is very gentle and thorough. I always feel proud of my teeth when I leave her chair. Dr. Countryman is very easy to talk to, comforting, and listens to my concerns. I always feel confident that my dental health is the best it can be after his exams. Lindsay, the office manager at the front desk, is so welcoming & personable, and makes scheduling and billing a breeze. I recommend The Dental Method to anyone who is seeking an honest, thorough, and caring dental office.

I went in for a deep cleaning and I want to THANK Nancy at Dental Method for getting my teeth cleaned up. She did an amazing job and was very patient with me. Nancy was very knowledgeable in providing me information of what went on during the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Will be going back in a few weeks but overall service was great and people there are friendly. I’d highly recommend The Dental Method. Thank you!!

While most people need a dental checkup every 6 months, everyone is different, so it's good to ask us about what's best in your specific case.

What should my oral hygiene regimen be?

Brush your teeth at least twice a day (morning and before bed time) and floss at least once a day. Better still, brush after every meal and snack. These activities remove plaque, which if not removed, combines with sugars to form acids that lead to tooth decay.
