This apartment is nice but their management is a total mess. The front door call system to allow deliveries into the building wasn’t working for many months, so packages were being left outside the building and/or not delivered at all. The Amazon hub lockers have never even been activated. The management office also quite literally never responds to any emails in a timely manner, and if they say they will do something, that means they will start after 3 reminder emails. There are no amenities outside of common spaces, but they still charge $300 for no pool and no gym. Along these lines, it looks like they are starting to astronomically increase the rent. I will start looking at other options if this is the case for renewal.

Worst experience I have ever had with any apartment home and management. The on-site staff can’t handle the number of issues because of the lack of attention to detail and lies to cover up the fact that this building was poorly built. The safety and security of the residents is last thing on the management’s minds. This building is unfinished, unsecured and unsafe.

Terrible customer service! outlets not working for months, heating unit issues, counter tops left unsealed, loud garage noises on all first floor apartments, packages stolen/ missing even though they were signed for by the main office, the list goes on and on - and still no response from management!
