The cashier was really nice and the food was amazing. You couldn't use the women's restroom cause somebody got stuff all over the toilet. I go up and tell them and they still didn't clean them. So I went back up and asked to speak to the manager and he said I will get her for you and he gets some guy. I seriously had to use the restroom really bad and couldn't. He said I will go check it out but other then that they was really nice and the food was hot and very good. I went to the one down off Madison Avenue in Greenwood, Indiana

This location was honestly the most friendly Fazolis if not friendliest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. The front desk young woman was beyond nice and welcoming. Then the young woman working in the dining area was beyond nice. Definitely a great and welcoming experience! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite Fazoli's I have been to. The staff is always super kind and courteous. The food is always delicious, breadsticks in abundance, always clean dining area. The employee named Tesla deserves a raise. You were phenomenal miss😁. Will dine there again.

We visited Amy’s store this evening and let me tell you she did not disappoint!! She greeted us with a warm friendly smile and offered suggestions to us. She got our food to us it was fresh and hot & she got a workout cranking out my cheese 😁 she checked on us several times!! All the time with a smile and a Harvard Customer Service degree!!! We will definitely go back and visit Ms.Amy and her crew at Madison Ave.(stop12) location!!! Thank you Amy some times a friendly smile and manners really makes someone else’s day!!
