Let me start off with, I have been trying to reach someone in this office for a month. No one answers the phone, ever. I called 11 times once… and not one call was answered. No one returns voicemails. Nothing in this office is done in a timely manner. I got sick of it and took my business else where because my child needs treatment! Secondly. I have taken my child here and multiple times I have mentioned my child grinds her teeth and I’m concerned! Because she’s grinding away her teeth! They tell me “it’s normal” for kids her age AND DO NOTHING!! Here’s what makes me mad, I’ve taken her to a different pediatric dentist… who SEEES & LISTENS to my concerns… and confirms my child has grinded her teeth to enamel & now require $1300 worth of treatment to prevent further deterioration of her teeth from grinding! To say the least, this place is unprofessional.

I've been trying to call for 2 hours now- no answer from the Burleson or Mansfield Location or the Burleson Orthodontics office. Website says they are open.
I’ve had the same problem. It rings and rings and then it says press * to leave a message but when you do it hangs up on you. This was a few weeks ago, maybe a month ago and I gave up. I tried again today and same problem. It’s frustrating. At this point I’m going to have to go with another dentist.
I know they have had problems with the phones and every time they think they are fixed someone can't get through I have had it say it is not a working number .if it rings more than twice it's not going to work hang up and call right back that works for me. I hope you do not give up on them . they really are the best for your child
