The front desk NEVER picks up. The lady there is rude as all heck. If you encounter her on a walk in (since she never picks up the phone) she acts like you’re bothering her. As if I killed her dog or something. I’m sorry I’m here for help. No need to be so RUDE. How does she still work there when all she gets are complaints? She can’t even be nice to a person seeking help. Isn’t that the least she can do???

Their information posted online is in accurate about the time frame that they would be open or closing I drove two hours away to only find out that the location has been closed since 430 but on the sign there is no time saying that it will be closed at 4:30 and also online it says that they will be closing at 9 PM unprofessional and in accurate etc.

Absolutely unprofessional! Takes a week to answer a email and then I had to drive 40 mins to pickup paperwork to be told everyone left hours ago by the cleaning crew. I was informed they would be there until 8pm for me to come pick up the paperwork. I was informed to try the building around back. There was employees sitting there, and they stared at me and laughed. After I left I was called 10 mins later, and was told sorry I didn’t recognize your number so I didn’t answer. If you had the same number calling over, and over after setting this up earlier that day why would you not answer? I got no apology, just was asked do I want to come back the next day? I told her what had happened and all Jasmine had said was “okay”. When I told her just cancel my appointment due to the unprofessionalism that I’ve been shown she again just said okay. Top class I doubt it with how you treat patients, and handle unprofessional situations
