Horrible . Bad customer service. Rude . They say they have a certain medication then they don’t end up having it on hand . Then state “they can’t order it” when In the past they told me they could. It’s a lie all other pharmacies have no problem ordering any medication I need or a certain manufacturer. I will never use this pharmacy again . They aren’t personable at all, one person says one thing the other says the opposite, inconsistent and just rude . Don’t waste your time

The pharmacy assistant was amazing and she explained to me that they do not do Covid testing but she told me where to go to get Covid tested

I used HEB pharmacy at Kitty Hawk and changed to this one. It almost seems like everyone working here hates their job and hates everyone that comes in. I get that pharmacy is stressful, I worked at one for several years. But the reason you have a paycheck is because people come to get their prescriptions filled there. Yes people can be slow, impatient, and downright rude. But don't ASSSUME that about everyone that walks/drives up, it definitely affects your attitude.

Steamed. Got out of urgent care last night and they said they were working on it but wouldn't be done until today. Fine, was told they open at 830. Went at 1130 and they said it wouldn't be ready for an hour. I asked why, and they said my insurance wasn't on file. That's complete nonsense as we've picked up prescriptions under the same insurance for years. Nothings changed. Somehow the last insurance they had on file was from 2016 and was a carrier we've never used. So because their system glitched at some point, I have to wait an hour. I explained to the tech that our insurance hasn't changed and that we use them regularly. In her snarkiest tone she just kept saying "it'll be ready in an hour." It's 3 prescriptions. Tell me it takes you an hour to scrape three bottles worth of pills into a bottle. Especially when it's an error on your end, a bit of customer service might be nice. Taking my business elsewhere.
