Easy to work with, always keeping me up to date with my court date through text messages. Called the day before my court date to explain what was going to happen. Gave me different case scenarios of how things might go and gave me options on what I should to do. Very upfront and honest. I trusted them with their experience. I’m happy with my end result. Case got dismissed. Thank you very much.

Everything went well, they even reminded me of dates and changes. The whole process went smoothly and I would come back again if needed.

Questions & Answers

How long does a DUI stay on your record in Illinois?

Forever. If you are convicted of a DUI or receive court supervision, it will be on your record indefinitely. The only way to get a DUI off your record is to get it dismissed or be found Not Guilty at trial. Then you will be eligible to have the DUI arrest expunged.

How much does it cost to reinstate your license in Illinois?

If the license is suspended because of too many moving violations, the reinstatement fee is $70. If the license is suspended because of a DUI, the reinstatement fee is $250 for a first offense and $500 for a second offense.

Why Should I Fight A Traffic Ticket?

Simply put: to avoid a conviction. Convictions are the things you don't want on your record. They're the worst possible outcome. They cause you to have a bad driving record, driver's license suspensions, and insurance rate increases. If you ignore your ticket or just pay the fine, you'll get a conviction. But a conviction can often be avoided by having your lawyer "fight" the ticket.
