The contracted Security guards,is all you have for any help or guidance with a system that is unorganized. , and the male guard is not nice, the phone systems don't work, The one female guard with braids is always so patient and helpful and my overall experience with this facility was kinda trash.

No. You have to go through IDME.
There are different agencies within one stop. Must be specific. At this time State offices are not open to the public. Check state web sites for specific state agency info. County website for county. However, county has been open for a month +. After reading the comments, the question is leaning more towards unemployment office. Go to State of NJ website. If in need of a job under state website search for Employment Services to resolve the matter. Attempt to contact your Governor Murphy, Free Holders, Mayor. They make the big bucks make them responsible. They say they are for their community, their people etc. Working one can resolve hardship, while working then handle what's owed. At least with a job you have a better source of incom to survive financially. There are job shortages, dont be complacent, waiting for a check through government al system. America let's get our lives back physically, mentally and emotionally. Best of luck all, stay safe, make wise choices and God bless.

NJ unemployment sucks! They not open and the people they have online to help to do the filing, said they sent it over, but the processing department is not responding to say they received it. It sounds like the file is in Limbo in there system. This been going on since Jan.9,2022. And still no letter nor e-mail or call back from the claim department. Maybe 🤔 need to contact the NEWS MEDIA to get HELP. Never had this problem with Pa. Unemployment!!! Need some answers SOON!!!
They are currently not doing in person visits. The office is open but not to the public
