Nice, clean office. Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Briseno was very polite, caring, and professional. The lady who took me back for my x-rays was very polite and caring. The services I received didn't take too long at all. Overall great experience! Thanks North Texas Orthopedics!

Very bad first impression. Didn’t even get to see the doctor. I had to leave after waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Complete waste of time, what a shame.

I wish that I could give no stars. My appointment was at 8:20 and it is 9:47. I have not seen a medical provider. They gave me all excuses. First, that there was not an open room available, then that my provider was taking longer, and finally that they never checked me in.

Do you do workers compensation for work injury? I've injured my right hand on the middle finger which is fractured on December 16, 2020. I have been doing some followup visits at Care Now. Do you take Travelers Insurance?
