Very friendly staff and clean organization. Its also not as busy as the other ones so your kid(s) can actually enjoy there play time.

You must check the website and look on the calendar for the available times that you are able to reserve open play outside of bday parties. Once you reserve and pay, you will receive a confirmation email. The prices are in the site as well. I believe it is about $8 per child.
So sorry you had a bad experience. My granddaughter's birthday party started and ended exactly on time. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't have a problem going back at all!
