My complaint isn't about the store itself, but Western Union, who they use to transfer money. I tried depositing over $600 in cash to my Netspend Account but it's never hit and was lost and no one could help me recover it. Instead of calling them, I choose to deal with Western Union with absolutely terrible results. I went back today and my money was immediately refunded! Won't even use Western union again, no idea what they're doing 😯

Loved when it was grimms been going there for over 12 years. New ppl took over they run out of money all the time! Ur a check cashing place how do u run out of money! Extremely rude! Im switching asap!

Have been a loyal customer if this business for over 15 years when it was Grimms check cashing and it was wonderful now this place is the worst. Punish the loyal customers because of their mistakes. We travel along way to get there and then they turn us away. Nothing posted on website saying they don't have funds. Not first time it has happened either. Gie I miss Doug and Mariynn. They are now losing two long time customers.
