Super friendly people. I was a d/h. My experience may differ from live load/ unload. Pull in the entrance with the guard shack, go until you hit door 32-33 and you'll see a man door. Go on there to the office and you can talk to them or grab your paperwork in the cubby. I dropped my empty toward the back, there should be some trailers already there, hooked up and left. Will be back
