We got a call from a customer needing to empty 2 storage units full of office furniture/cubicles. When we showed up I was surprised how clean and wide the hallways were. The cargo elevator was amazing as well. For us in the junk removal business this was amazing as we were able to load everything quick and easy. Great place for sure. I personally spoke with some of the employees and they were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place of you are looking for a storage place in the Mid-Cities!

Not only am I having to stand in line for a mobile pick up. None of my items were loaded onto my truck and the check engine light is on. This has been the worst and most inconvenient customer service I have ever received. And don't ask the actual employees questions they should know about there job they are literally clueless. I had to walk out in the pouring rain to find my own truck. I hate it here!!!!!!
