I have been trying to speak to someone at this store since Sep. 29th, we are now Oct. 5th and still NOTHING. Visiting the store would not be a problem, only I live four hours away! Extremely annoyed at this point.

I had a great shopping experience! Nice and easy service courtesy of Clint in my search for a Fall purse. Good selection of designer bags and staff willing to go in the back and get other colors & sizes. Love this location in Fort Worth.

Yes, they do.
They do sell Gucci belts, sunglasses, handbags and shoes. If you are looking for clothing I would recommend visiting NP or order online through a sales associate (so they can make commission!)
Having worked department store retail, I can say: Doubtful. For many reasons. Might try an online search of your favorite neighborhood want ads.

The Manager Wendy was so rude. When i told her they did not clean or do anything that i asked to my bag and i was very unhappy and i did not want anything more from them she simply replied “Okay, I will contact you when we have your bag again” no apology or anything. they put a patch on my bag without my permission and wanted to say it was my fault when It was not the notes about my bag repair description. how ironic that i sent my bag in to be cleaned and it comes back more messed up then it was before!! Silly of me to think that a Neiman Marcus would take good care of their customers... extremely disappointed.
