This review is specifically for David Hernandez. He went out of his way to help me activate my new phone ordered through Spectrum's mobile services. A variety of staff at the mobile services were totally unequipped to provide customer support. David works at the store and patiently dealt with issues by connecting with their tech-support staff to resolve the issues. Thank you, David! I wish I had ordered the new phone with you guys than through mobile services.
