I had went here before to only get my mouth looked at. I did not even get a cleaning done. One year later, they forgot me in the waiting room for my appointment. I called another dentist and got a appointment same hour and had my deep cleaning done. I took my business somewhere else and my children are going to my new dentist. You’ll need an ID card and an insurance card, if applicable. But more importantly, you’ll need your sense of adventure, your wide-eyed wonder, your empty pockets for gold coins and your best “royalty face” for when you get crowned King or Queen of your own Kingdom.
Parents, we are true partners in this adventure. We don’t move forward without your okay. We’ll work together to determine the best path for behavioral management and we always let you make the final choice. In the event that the parent is not able to be in the treatment room, we’ll provide you with a Charlie Cam so that you can watch all the treatments that we decide together are needed.
