My husband tried to get food there last evening 3/17 around 6pm. Two of the girls working there were on phones, sounding like friendly calls not people ordering. He waited for several minutes without being helped. They didn't even acknowledge him. He walked out without ordering and will not return.

The last few times I’ve ordered the pizzas have been burnt and dry. They are generally tasteless. It used to be so good I don’t know what happened. The girl at the window was very nice though.

I ordered my food and picked it up at the window. We are in a pandemic! I get to the window and not one single person in the restaurant is wearing a mask. When I get the order home it’s wrong. I ordered a 12 piece honey barbecue. I get home and it’s Parmesan garlic. Didn’t want to drive all the way back to the restaurant so we eat it anyways. My wife and I both became sick from eating that chicken!

If I could give a rating of zero I would. Everytime I order I get the wrong order and sometimes still get the wrong order the second time around. The store quality of service has seriously been lacking the last few months. I work in the food industry as well and know mistakes can happen but everytime I order is not a mistake it is not taking the time to verify the order and making sure it is made right. I am very disappointed.
