Have been here several times with my epileptic dog, both in an emergency capacity and for scheduled visits with the neurology team. I can't rave enough about how kind and thorough the neurologists are here! They've done an incredible job helping us navigate a diagnosis with no easy answers. ER visits may be slow based on their capacity, but I've always felt comfortable with my pup under their care. Appreciate thier transparency with pricing as well.

Dr. Williams and vet tech Amy were fantastic to work with. Dr. Williams performed a thorough exam of my cat and spent nearly 20 minutes later in the day providing an update and next steps. Amy treated my cat like her own! I felt comfortable leaving my cat for the day for additional tests knowing that Amy was there to watch over her. The facility is clean and well staffed. I would recommend Dr. Williams for a neurological exam.

I came in at 8am holding my sick kitten. BluePearl took one of the hardest days of my life and made it as bearable as it could be given the circumstances. Every single person I spoke to was unbelievably kind. Dr. Hansen was very compassionate. I regret that I don't recall the names of the vet techs but they were all very patient with me when I needed it most. As of now, my kitten is resting at home and seems to be recovering well, thanks to this amazing team of people. I hope I never need emergency care for any of my pets again, but if I ever do, BluePearl will be my first choice.
