I called yesterday about getting an alignment done. The guy told me they were booked the next day but to come in the next around 8 and he could have it done by the end of the day. I walked in and Jason pretty much told that the guy lied. Jason said he would address the situation with the said employee and to come back tomorrow. I wasted an hour of my day and of the person who came to pick me up when I tried dropping it off.

This place totally misdiagnose by vehicle that I took in there. They told me that the AC fan need replaced and it was $1,100 to replace it. I picked it up and took it for a test drive myself and it was still getting hot so I took it back and they told me that I had no water flowing through the radiator so they replaced the radiator. After that it was still running hot. So then they told me that the thermostat was bad. So coming to find out though and behold it started working again and not overheating so I was charged 1100 or an AC fan that I did not need. It was something as simple thermostat so yeah I'm not very happy with this place.

Had issues here back last year and my fault I went back. This time only had tires rotated since I purchased tires from there. Was told it would only take 1 hr so I was told. 2 hrs later still there. Watched an older man bring his car back 3 times during my wait because the service he requested was not performed with tire balance. They were suppose to reset my tire rotation on my car computer and they can't do simple tasks. I will find another Firestone dealer in another town to take my business.
