I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for over 10 years now. I pass by it on my way out west from Chicago while traveling for work all the time. Finally got a chance to stay there last night and I was very impressed. Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival they even had our room key ready so check into less than 5 minutes which is extremely helpful when we are on a strict schedule. The facility was very clean and nice and updated. They have many different options for snacks food and drinks unlike most hotels. There is also a nice bar for you to relax at if you have time and free dinner Monday through Thursday night as well as free breakfast every morning. The room was clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. This place has amazing views that I've been wanting to see from the hotel and finally got a chance to. Will definitely be planning on staying here again in the future on my upcoming trips.

My wife and I have travelled across the country many times. On our last trip we hit a deer on our second leg going from New York to California. We were stranded in Akron, Ohio for six nights while our car was being repaired. When we got our car to Serra Honda, we could see a Hampton Inn from the repair bay and we decided to stay there while we waited. We also travel with our beloved Black Lab, Greta. Most of the Hampton Inns were pet-friendly and had grounds which were conducive to pets. After our car was repaired we decided that we would stay at Hampton Inns while we travelled cross-country. The Hampton Inns are all pretty similar and all are pretty comfortable. What set them apart from each other are the personnel and the morning breakfast. Since I am rating each hotel, I will rate these specific criteria: • Front Desk/Check-in: adequate • Room Cleanliness: good • Appropriate Pet Areas: good • Morning Breakfast: good Our room was nice but there was an alarming vibration in the floor. When I called down to the desk around 9 PM, I was told that they weren't aware of this. We were in room 433, which was on the top floor in the corner. It was next to a maintenance room which could have been the problem but it never went away. It wasn't a good night's sleep to say the least.

We've stayed here twice now on our way back and forth from the west coast and we have had nothing but good experiences. Its a beautiful area. It's an easy stop off the interstate, comfy rooms, and great continental breakfast. Also dog friendly! Staff is kind even when we get in late/early. Would definitely recommend!

I was here for two nights on a work trip. The location is great as it has some large scenic rocks behind it. The staff is friendly and the rooms are your standard Hampton Inn rooms. The bathroom and bed were clean with no issues. I did not partake in the free breakfast in the morning nor use any of the facilities as we were pretty much here to only sleep and then work. The only downside I would say is that it is that most of the better food options are in Rock Springs which is about 20 minutes away.
