Myself and several others tried to go inside . The doors were locked there were people eating inside but for over 30 minutes myself and several other groups waited and no one opened the door . A few others also tried the bell but no one open the door . The manager looked at everyone outside but didn’t acknowledge anyone standing outside trying to order inside. Myself and a few other groups just left because no one ever came to unlock the door . So we could see others inside eating but we’re locked out and never given a reason as to why they locked the doors during operation hours

It wasn't the fastest during the breakfast rush. It took quite a while to get through the dual lane ordering. When we did finally get our order though it was accurate and well done. The staff was friendly enough. I would say it's above average for the McDonald's chain.

This place is just terrible, and I hate that they're the only Mc Donald's in PW. Everytime I ask for honey for my chicken nuggets I don't any, or I get honey mustard. Even when I tell girl taking my order to please don't forget my honey, I get honey mustard instead. And this was just today(10/15/22). There have so many other instances that I now believe it is a management problem. The managers have to hate their job because this McDonald's is terrible. We have discussed the many problems, and have decided to drive into Pueblo because at least they have working McDonald's. If I could give a quarter star I would.
