Scheduled an appointment online and was called hours before the appointment asking me to come 30min later than the appointment time. When stating that I could not do so because of time constraints in my schedule I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee. I asked if I could reschedule instead and was told I would still be charged the fee. I don’t feel this is right since it was not my fault that I could not conform to the new appointment time with such short notice. I understand having policies in place, but the loyal customer should not be punished in situations where the business cannot provide a service at a promised time.

I absolutely love this place! I have been going here for a few years and I have never been disappointed. Becca is amazing, I would not let anyone touch my natural curly hair until I met her! Highly recommend :)
