We had traveled thousands of miles and then our new travel trailer slide out malfunctioned and at the same time our tow vehicle started having issues ! We stopped at a couple of different RV dealers along the way and they said they couldn’t help us because we hadn’t bought our RV from them . We were desperate and fatigued and didn’t know were to get help . Then we had 2 referrals to ExploreUSA RV supercenter in Denton, Texas. Adrian the maintenance service advisor came to our rescue, he helped us out when we were at our lowest and most in need, tired and not knowing where to turn ! And Ben was there to help push to get the parts from the manufacturer.The awesome folks at explore USA RV Supercenter in Denton, Texas have some of the best customer service ,friendly honest good folks if you find yourself in need of an RV repair or a new or used RV I highly recommend this top quality company. It is so rare nowadays so I just want to thank them for all the help ! And by the way we’ve already bought another RV from them …Just ask for Brent the sales manager or Herb the sales associate they will always have my business with that kind of service and I travel all over the country !!!

Not a good experience at all in the service dept. They never stay in touch and never call you even when they say they will. I always had to call them for updates and thats when you can get through to them. I took mine camper in for ac and warranty work and they had it for 2 months only to be told the day I needed it that they are not sure how but the shower door is shattered and they would have to order replacement and me bring it back. They said it would be 7 to 10. Business days to get it. Its still not in and that was sept 17th. I called today and they said no we don't show it shipped and I get the famous we will find out and call you. I wont hold my breath waiting on a call. I will once again have to keep calling them. I do not recommend going unless you do not care how long it takes or if the work gets completed correctly.

Ok, my last review wasn’t glamorous. Had an issue with our roof membrane tearing on a trip and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Took our rv to Explorer USA Denton, again. Adrian Fuller was our service contact. I can’t say enough good about this man! He gave me the order in how the process would go and it went just as he explained. Got all the parts for the, warranty, repairs in a timely manner, I think about 2-3 weeks. All repairs were done and we are camping this week end. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest and fun to work with. I am picking it up today, so let the adventures begin!! Just serviced our RV and once again I am way happy.
