I always have superb service here. I am constantly shipping oddball weight and size items and they are friendly and helpful. I have never had issues with their packages arriving on time and safely, like some other shipping company that shall not be named.

Worst service. She offered to sell me a5$ roll of tape, or charge me 10$ for her to tape my Amazon return. So I go across the street to get packaging tape, because I had clear gorilla tape and she told me it wouldn't hold. I go back, retape, and finish transactions. As I'm leaving, a woman comes in with an untaped box, I offer my roll of tape, she said she didn't need it, and the lady chimes in that she will do it, I said but she'll charge you, she said no, not for Amazon. I had 3 different kinds of tape with me for my Amazon return? Worst service. Couldn't tape mine, but would tape the next free, smh

Customer service is about making a customer's visit pleasant and assisting them for repeat business which the owner has difficulty doing. Today our package was properly packed but we forgot to tape it shut. Instead of using ONE piece of tape, she turned us away. Companies that ship via UPS avoid this store because of the owners reputation Back to PakMail.
