Service department was always helpful keeping me updated on when parts would arrive. They knew me by name and was always prepared and knew what exactly was going on with my motorcycle. When the repairs were complete they even delivered the motorcycle to my house since I could not get away from work. Parts department was very knowledgeable about the parts on order and knew exactly what was going on along with the service department! Best experience I've had with a dealership from purchasing, repairs, parts, and accessories.

Sales team was great! Many issues after the sale with parts and service. Finally got assigned to Josh who knew what he was doing and got us fixed up. We also got a call from their corporate office saying they would follow up and we never heard from them again. You need a ton of work when it comes to customer service!

I was here with a friend who bought new doors for her Ranger. She'd made the purchase from New Mexico & traveled to pick them up. (Apparently they are really hard to find!) Freedom was very helpful to her & worked with her to be sure everything was right & ready before she drove 7 hours to make this purchase. Lots of product in stock, too!

Ruben was very helpful as a salesperson. The whole deal was done by phone and email and when I requested video of the motorcycle running he got it to me very quickly. When I went in to pick up the bike it was ready to go and looked great.
