You are going to park underground past the Chase on Washington Street. There will be 2 green arrows and 1 red. Go in the middle one and once you get your ticket turn right. Elevator is right there as well. It was my first time parking downtown and I was super intimidated but after the 2nd time it was really nice

I have gone to a few EOS and this is one is very clean compared to others, cleaning crew and staff are always going through cleaning, most gym members wipe off the equipment, fees vary depending on what access you want, stafc is friendly as well as gym members.
There is a parking garage with an entrance off of Jefferson, come up through the elevators and EOS will validate your ticket for up to 3 hours spent.

Yes there is showers, sauna and tanning beds. The tanning beds are hidden in the far corner of the locker rooms.
Yes there is a cinema room There is equipment in the cinema room but I'm not sure if there is a stairmaster. no coed sauna .
75th ave and Encanto is one of the newer/bigger EOS. There’s one on 51st ave and Olive and the one downtown Phoenix
