I used to come and get my toes done here until the last time I came. I asked for ingrown removal and both of my big toes were left bloody, this had never happened before. Now my sister came in to get her nails and toes done, and they did her colors completely different and refused to do acrylic on a broken toe nail when she requested it. when we came back to fix the color and the (now again broken) toenail; they tried denying messing up the color to begin with despite having taken this picture right at the shop before leaving and tried acting like we used some product to dye it. when we kept repeating what she said and did, she tried saying that it was other reasons. when she found the color she refused to test it on a finger because it might “turn” again, so i ruined my freshly dipped nails to test the color to prove a point and get her to fix this mess. when someone makes an error, you correct it, with pleasure; because it was obviously incorrect, not create a worse customer experience. It was unpleasant for me on my last visit and now very unprofessional on this visit.

I and my grandmother plus daughters come here every two weeks! The staff is very polite and they take great care of us! Wait times are usually at a minimal of 5mins. I suaually go with David however if hes not available I go with whomever. They all do a great job...
