Went there twice and pulled up to the tube lane sat in the car waiting for someone to come and see what I needed . First time there was a truck in front of me we both sat for a long time finally the truck in front of me decided he was done waiting and decided to pull off I followed suit. The next morning I went again same thing so I got out of the car and enters the building and asked the cashier if I was suppose to come in and let them know what I wanted she said yes. I said okay it would have been nice if someone had told me. She said yeah there is no one out there . Which there was men working on cars. Ithen shrugged her shoulders and gave a very sorry excuse for an apology I left and went to the Castrol shop down the street where I received excellent service! Customer service is non-existent at Walmart auto center.
