Positive: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The place is a pit in a lousy location. The ball on the security latch was broken off. As a retired police officer it was plain to my eye that someone had kicked the door open at some point and was never fixed. See below Negative: I had the mgr replace the security latch. But the plastic housing cover for the A/C kept falling off and I could see outside thru the gaps. Plus the A/C wouldn't even blow cold air. I ate the loss and went to a Super 8 further down the road.

The staff at the desk was friendly and polite, but there were a number of things wrong with the room. For starters, the pillows and sheets on the bed were covered in hairs. There was a wash cloth that had been used that was folded up inter the hand soap by the sink as if it was clean. It appeared to have foundation on it . I opened a towel to use, and it had dirt and pine needle pieces stuck on it. I didn't feel comfortable enough to sleep in the bed, so I slept on top of it with a shirt as my pillowcase. 100% one of the worst stays at a hotel in a long time. It's worth it to spend the little bit extra for a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Meh. We have stayed there 3 times. The first time was the best. The last 2 times, not so much. The rooms are dirty- need swept and mopped, nothing has been sanitized, the sheets are stained and dirty. Walls need washed and/or painted. The last 2 times we stayed there wasn't washcloths, toilet paper or cups in the rooms. Honestly, it's more of a $30 rat trap.

It was great! The gentleman at the front desk had the customer service game down pat. The room was pretty decent and comfortable. I've never seen a Roku inside a hotel room so that was kind of cool too. Great stay for a really great price.
