I'm very happy with the high level of service that Erlinda provides. She's engaging, courteous, and very professional. She knows her stuff. The outcome of my particular matter couldn't have yielded a better result. That's in no small part do to the service provided to me by Erlinda at Why Pay A Lawyer. You'll definitely continue to get my business. Thanks again.

I called and talked to Erlinda and was told to fill out the paperwork she emailed me. I did just this and heard nothing for a week. I called back a week later and she told me that the papers were buried and she would find them and get back to me with questions. A week later my girlfriend called and was told the same thing. It's now been almost a month and she still hasn't contacted me. Thank God we went with someone else. She doesn't know that though, because she has never called. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

Can a Trust Law Firm charge me for research they claim for "unclaimed funds" as a reason to withhold, from my check only, a portion of the original approved amount for my percentage of the trust? I never was sent or offered a check to refuse.

I have been given a check payment from a trust fund where money was removed without cause. The check has an expiration date on it. If I cash the check, does it void my ability to question why the check was shorted?

You can question it, but I believe if you cash the check you are accepting the amount. Why pay a lawyer could help you answer this question. Just call them.

This is not WHY PAY A LAWYER offical site , just a question and answer about their BUSINESS. They are one of the best legal help services in Arizona. The owner Richard helped me out of a jam with the HOA that I was dealing with. He was fantastic I highly recommend WHY PAY A LAWYER for all of your legal needs. Richard knows what he is doing and his staff as well great people and you will not pay an arm and a leg. TRULY, GIVE THEM A CHANCE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSATISFIED, ON THE OTHER HAND, YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND, THEIR PRICES ARE MORE THAN FAIR.

I do not know the answer to that question and I do not represent why pay a lawyer. But I am familiar with Court proceedings. You can notify the court or the law firm who is handling the will distribution and let them know that you will be calling in telephonically. Email them CC everybody connected to them including the court. Also may need to just be safe file a motion to the court that you are requesting a telephonic disposition to the will. I hope it helps some. But give him a call. His name is Richard at why pay a lawyer. You can find a copy of a simple motion online or go down to the court Downtown Phoenix and ask the librarian there about a sample motion to use as a template. You can also launch Microsoft Word and select a template of legal documentation. Just like the simple one and it gives you places to fill in everything and then write your emotions sign it deliver it and I wish you well.

What paperwork do i need in order to evict someone living inside my house?

See if Staples has such a form. When renter rented you should have a form stating conditions like non payment of rent for 30 days as starting eviction proceedings. Late fees levied and warning letter. Upon showing no response to warnings sent...a good idea to send return receipt requested to prove they got it... Get a hold of the local sheriff. Some states it is illegal to evict during the winter.
