I wouldn't recommend it. 30 minutes passed my appointment and I was seen. I walked out mid appointment due to the refusal of a referral I requested.

I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for 11:00am, i was still waiting at 12:30pm, frustrated I walked out if this is how they treat their patients I'm better off not going to a doctor at all.

Horribly incompetent doctors. Multiple times misdiagnosed. Do not listen to your concerns or complaints. When you tell them you don’t have any symptoms of a proposed diagnosis they try to make it sound like you’re self diagnosing as if I said “I had cancer”

The front staff are friendly and the nursing staff are even more so. They work efficiently and are a pleasure to talk with or contact. Earlier today I had an 11 am appointment for a routine follow up. Arrived early, checked in to an empty waiting room and was brought back immediately. After a fast and friendly health review by the nurse I was left to wait for the doctor to come in. I sat in the examination room for an hour without any contact. The doctor did not come. I had to check in with the check out desk at that point. The staff had to page him on the intercom. An excuse was made and not even a brief apology was offered. He belittled the importance of the appointment, begging the question why I need to have it in the first place. At that point he offered to see me in another 15 minutes later, but at that point I just wanted to leave. I noted the support staff is friendly and works hard. When offered to reschedule I felt it was best to explore other options before. Hopefully others don't have the same experience. The facility is ok. Worn cabinets and chairs. The only concerning part with the facility is the walls are very thin. In my time sitting in reflection for an hour waiting I basically could hear the entire appointment of another patient next door. But at least though that I can say they handle Spanish translation fairly well through a speaker phone interpretation service. Providers seem to be a huge road block at this practice. It's not the first time I've been left like this, but at least last time it wasn't an hour. Even with direct messages in the portal with the information needed they can't seem to order my wife medication and lab tests to the correct place.
