Well,,,,,,,, I have stayed in worse. I'm traveling with my dog and this is one of the few hotels that would allow him to stay. Bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. Train is loud though.

Inconvenient for check in...have to go down the street to get room key. Air conditioning did not get room cool. Very dated room.

The Park Motel has all smoke free rooms, Budget Inn has some smoking rooms.
