I am still trying to resolve this issue 2 weeks later and even called choice hotel management line. (This has taught me to not use third party bookings anyway). FIRST, THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. We checked in later Around 10:30pm or so. We were immediately met with that stall gross room odor. Followed by a dirty kitchen. I cashed the front desk immediately and was told, “ the manager will be in on Monday, I’ll pass along the info.” My sister spent over an house cleaning our room and had to SCRUB the kitchen table. The refrigerator door was disgusting. The dishwasher did not work. There was dirt on the entry door. The shower curtain was FILTHY AND MILDEWY. We decided to stay after we spent ask that time cleaning already and we sprayed down the beds and furniture. On Saturday there was no call from the front desk or the housekeeping to see if we needed anything. I had to track down the housekeeper for a new shower curtain. The drain plug/stopper would close with no cause to do so, thus you were standing in your shower water. The sink stopper has to be unscrewed to drain the sink. On Sunday i was not feeling well and my sister went down to get breakfast for the 3 of us and the hospitality person was very rude my sister stating something about the food she was taking. I’ve been traveling with my elderly parents and disability sister for over 30 years and I have often done the same thing: bring the food up to the room for my party so we can get packed and showered etc. i have taken trays with me to help carry and ice NEVER been talked to the way my sister was talked to. The manager did call me on Tuesday and explained that because i used a third party booking she could not help me And to call the company in used. That company had to bash the hotel FIVE TIMES before they got a hold of the manager and then declined my request for a refund. I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND HAVE STAYED IN HOSTELS, CAMP GROUNDS, AND MANY DIFFERENT HOTELS. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A ONE STAR REVIEW OR BEEN DEALT WITH IN SUCH A WAY. DO NOT RECOMMEND, gross filthy uncaring

Your basic no frills extended stay hotel. Friendly staff despite being understaffed. Often times, the front desk would be empty because the only staff member available was either folding laundry or attending to a guest on a different floor. Half of the time the phone would just ring and ring. The rooms itself were okay. The cabinet above our over the counter microwave was not installed properly and we often had a hard time with opening and closing the microwave if the cabinet was open. The dishwasher also did a terrible job at cleaning the dishes. If it wasn't for the pleasant service, I would have disliked this hotel. If you book online, the rates go down significantly the longer your stay. 5/10

Positive: The bed was so comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. And although we didn't eat it, I LOVED that popcorn was provided!! Negative: N/a

Went for work stayed a few months. Room was clean with no complaints. Bed was comfy and the pillows are great A/C acted up but they were right there to fix it. Great pool area, hot breakfast every morning. Didn't care for the shower couldn't add enough cold water to have enough water pressure to make the fancy shower head work. Also Didn't like the smell of pot in the hallways
