The massage was good but I didn't get what I asked for. I was supposed to get 90 minutes but if I got 75 minutes I was lucky. You shouldn't make the next customer not get what they paid for because your previous session ran long. It's a shame too because I was looking for a place to get frequent massages.

They made it so difficult to cancel after paying over 1 year for a membership. I had to wait for the manager to call me, didn’t connect with her so they just kept charging me and when I finally contacted with her refused To refund the charge after I canceled. They leave you on the hook so someone who is very unavailable tries to talk you out of canceling and then they are the only one who can email a very cumbersome form which has to be printed and mailed back in order to cancel. They take advantage of members who have fulfilled their contract and try to squeeze every last dollar they can until members are mad enough to figure out this ridiculous, archaic cancellation policy.

I got a massage here over the summer but this place rubbed me the wrong way, no pun intended. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing visit turned out to cause me much more stress as my Apple Watch was stolen from this location. In a few hours I saw my watch go from this location to Edison via Find my IPhone, until it died, in which both management and police couldn’t do anything for me. I was assured that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned after, which means one of two things…The male massage therapist took my watch, or the person after me took it. My mom had a massage after that person in the same room and did not see my watch. The watch would have been left on the chair. Unfortunately I am paying the price for me leaving my things behind, but after being relaxed from the massage, I forgot to grab it. This left a bad taste on my mouth and I wouldn’t want to return somewhere so dishonest.
