Zero would be more appropriate, Dr X.S. is great has some nice staff. I went to make an appointment and since I have not been in for 3 years, I am treated like a new patient and they dropped me. We are not taking any new patients is what person at desk said. Thank you for making me have no primary Dr. POS company. Do not go to Virtua bad corporate policies. Will pull rest of family out of practice.

After the death of Dr Scappaticci after 30 years of seeing only him, I’m going to have a hard time seeing someone else in the practice. I do agree that some of the people working there act like they are the owners of the front & can also be a little rude.
