Forewarning, there are ALOT of IPA's. Not really my kind of beer (outside of English) but Gone To Plaid is a good Scottish Ale with a nice reference to Spaceballs. The Farmhouse Ale is also very light for the summer.

Great beer (mostly 12 oz. pours) with nice selection! Pizza parlor in same location for a quick bite. Tasty but a little greasy. Inside is nice but outside seating gets you a view of I-81. All things considered, not bad and the beer is quite good.

Fantastic brewery in an unexpected location. I highly recommend trying the local brews here if you're visiting the area. They have a diverse menu of IPAs, lagers, and sours that is often refreshed. Rad Pies has some unique pizzas on the menu, and each one that I've tried has become a new favorite. Most recently, I enjoyed a 47 east 3rd pie and highly recommend it if you like a white sauce pizza.

Stopped in to try Rad Pies Pizza, which was SO GOOD!! Did not have any beer, but the Cushwa Brewery was a cool place! Open & airy, chic industrial vibe, plenty of seating. Glass wall to the brewing area so you can see back there. They had some cool looking merchandise too!

In the event when there is not a food truck scheduled, they allow outside food. Check Cushwa's social media accounts for food truck schedules and updates in the event a food truck would happen to cancel.
As of 1/3/21, there were several tables outside the front doors with plenty of seating.
They don't sell bottled beer but they do crowler (big 32 oz. can) fill of most of their beers. They also occasionally have 16 oz. can releases, which they announce on their various social media pages.
Found my answer - MINORS IN THE BREWERY: Our liquor license requires that a minor must be eating a prepared meal to be allowed inside, and we offer local snack options to meet this requirement. Food trucks are also available as much as possible so please check our Facebook, Instagram, or our website for the schedule. Please note that no other outside food is allowed in the brewery.
