This bed and breakfast absolutely exceeded our expectations. The owners are wonderful people who work hard to ensure their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. I typically don’t sleep the first night during a stay, but I sure did here. The bed and sheets were exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed the BEST breakfast ever that morning. Absolutely delightful!!

We found a little piece of perfect in Rocheport, MO! Weary from traveling cross-country for eleven days, we wanted to find somewhere other than a hotel to stay the night. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating of our last minute reservation and late arrival on a Sunday evening. The property was nostalgic, peaceful, and pristine; our room was clean and comfortable - we slept like babies; and the breakfast was heavenly. If you are traveling anywhere in the area, don’t choose to stay at a hotel, pick the School House. You’ll be planning to stay there again before you leave.
