Everytime that I order a blizzard only the top half has any of the toppings and the chocolate syrup doesn't go anywhere near the bottom. They also dont fill the cup with ice cream mine have been closer to half full then to the top full. I ordered a burger and they put everything on it when I told them only ketchup 3 times. The place has gone downhill fast and is worse each time I go.

Walked to this location after spending time on Green lake. Sign says open until 10. They started looking doors at 8:55. Blizzards we're soupy and the didn't add strawberrys to my royal new York cheesecake blizzard. Could not bring back to complain beacuse they locked the doors. Had at least 5 people in the building. Drive thru was packed and could hear them turning some people away at 9:15.

Our food was microwaved to be warmed up. The onion rings tasted like rubber. The chicken strips were no more than 2 inches if that each. Fries were the only thing that were made fresh.
