My 2 dogs had an appointment at 11am. I called around 3 for an update and she said they'd be done in an hour. 5:30pm came and I still hadn't heard back from them so I went and picked up my dogs regardless if they were done or not. They weren't. They were there for 6 hours and all they had was a bath and blow dry and they were still in a cage waiting for her to finish other dogs to get their hair cut. Then they told me one of my dogs bit through his leash bc of anxiety. He's been to the groomers numerous times and has never done that. It broke my heart. No water, no food, and no potty break the entire time. I got my dogs out of there and they rushed to use the restroom, eat and drink water. It was so sad. I'm assuming they could tell I was upset bc she didn't charge me for anything which I appreciate but never again will I take my dogs there. I'm reasonable with wait times but that was ridiculous to only have a bath done. Reading other reviews and seems like I'm not the only one who's had this experience. My dogs are my world, they’re my babies and just hope the business owner can understand where I’m coming from.

I live in Bakersfield but I stopped here to have my dog's nails clipped. They were very helpful and friendly. It's a cute clean little shop. Thanks Laura's grooming. Also it really helped that they were open on a Sunday.
