Super sketch place. I dropped off a poor kitten in hopes that they would help the kitten get better because he was lethargic and weak. The lady at the front desk did not care at all and showed no empathy. She was also very rude. A day later, I call to ask about the status of the kitten and they tell me he is doing fine and was given a vaccine. I called a few days later to ask about adopting the kitten because I was invested in the poor kitten's life at this point. They tell me he was sent to a rescue outside of the area and they're not allowed to tell me where?!?!?! You would think adoption centers would ENCOURAGE adoptions considering these centers are always overpopulated. I thought it was extremely suspicious that they couldn't give me the contact info of the rescue because they "weren't allowed" even though I was the one who dropped him off. SMH!!!!! Praying that the kitten is okay and hoping these people didn't lie to me :(

Just adopted two kittens today! All the staff were so helpful and professional. The facility is clean and the adoption process was automated and super easy! I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for your fur-ever friend!🐈‍⬛🐾

Friendly staff and great behavioral/trainers to help you during a meet and greet w/your dog and one of the shelter dogs. Nice roomy play areas and the trainers really know the shelter dog temperments.
