This is the worst bank I have dealt with. They are slow, never answer the phone/take it off the voice message saying they aren't open when they ARE, just overall bad. They can have four people working and one drive thru lane open when the lobby is still closed... Its very frustrating.Hello Amanda, thanks for sharing the experiences you have at this location. Always friendly service when I do drive up service. Jeff and Matt the Lenders are awesome at the Sartell Branch. Jeff was able to close a loan in 30 days when no one else could. THANK YOU, Jeff & US Bank!

We are in phase 3 of reopening in MN. WHY isnt our bank lobby open for business?? Why isnt the drive thru open normal hours?? Not everything can be done online or in the drive thru without a managers approval! I know other banks are open for business. I am very disappointed! If this is not corrected soon, I will be taking my familys business elsewhere.

All cardholders need to report a lost or stolen ID card to the school’s card office to deactivate the campus functions and to be issued a new card. If the ID card was linked to their bank account, the cardholder must also report it to U.S. Bank. Cardholders won't be held responsible for any unauthorized purchases as long as the card is reported missing right away, and the school will have no liability for fraudulent use or overdrafts arising from campus card transactions.
