Stay away from here. The operators don't pick up half the time, the schedulers never bother to call you back and then will make excuses about it and try their best to blame you. Took over a month this time. Has taken as long as 3 in the past. Zero compassion from the front desk, office staff, and schedulers. Their one good doctor, Dr. Sanchez, retired. They have 1 good phlebotomist. The rest are incompetent. Last time I had blood work they took 6 stabs to finally get it. If you value your time and your health, look elsewhere.

I see you have taken down my review of Dr. Andrew Cohen. He is the worst radiation oncologist ever. Over radiated me years ago and left me deaf with the loss of my favorite things to do and that includes hearing what others are saying. I lost friends, had to quit my hobbies and withdraw from society. Had a small tumor in parotid gland. The doctor who removed it waited until it got bigger in order to remove it. I was sent to Andrew Cohen for his opinion and wound up getting 7 weeks of radiation that eventually left me deaf with palsy of the eye and loser face fell and appears wrinkled. Radiation was unnecessary and would have preferred him not touching me. If I only knew then what I know now. This made my life worse.

I was diagnosed with canser in my throat on May 6, it is almost 4 months, And this hospital still didn't give me chemotherapy or radiation, the tumor in my throat grew and made it difficult for me to breathe and eat, even take pills. The nurse leader just canceled my appointments 3 times! I am so worried that it will get to the point where the tumor will grow larger and make it difficult to breathe and they will have to do a tracheotomy! And because they don't give me any cure against cancer, and if the doctors finally give me a treatment, it will be too late and I will die! how long i need to way before they care?? Probably because I'm Hispanic!! but I'm human as well!! I feel discriminate!!
