Javier is a kind, professional, knowledgeable therapist. My first appointment (the intake) was VERY thorough, which aided him in prescribing the therapies that are working at getting me better. The office seems well run. They actually answer their phone and appointments were available in a reasonable time frame. They also do not seem as expensive as my last PT facility, which helps with the costly expenditures of medical care. They are my go-to PT facility now.

My therapist is Peter and it's amazing, patient, listens to his patients, sets exercise based on your situation on a day to day bases. I've seen some improvements and only expect to experience more with him. Additionally, the front desk employees are very respectful and helpful no matter what your needs are.

For upper body conditions, please bring a tank top or loose-fitting T-shirt. For spine and lower body conditions, please bring shorts or loose-fitting pants.
If you are cash pay, no referral is needed. Otherwise, it depends on your insurance provider. Through Medicaid services, a referral is issued in writing by your primary care physician when he or she feels you must visit another health care provider for treatment or tests. Prior authorization for this referral is necessary in some cases.
During your initial complimentary consultation, you will be seen by a licensed physical therapist who will listen to your concerns and then complete a comprehensive evaluation. Together, we will design a treatment plan with your goals in mind.
At ZK Outpatient Rehabilitation Center (ZKORC), we offer one-on-one treatment with our physical therapist. Each visit lasts between 45 minutes to 1-hour. (Includes: initial consult, retreatment review, to actual care plan). This care plan happens with each visit to our center.
