I went here to get my battery tested and I couldn't turn my car off. They said they couldn't read it without the car off. I said no it's ok then, but thank you. I was trying to explain that I have a messed up anti theft system because the wires were cut a while ago, and the car has to spend like 4 hours resetting and I need a new battery, but AAA won't give me one unless I get it tested. But if I turn the car off it won't start. The 3 men kept trying to mansplain to me how they could bypass it. I was trying to tell them, it won't work. I've tried it before. It's not just the anti theft and the battery. The computer is messed up and the younger dude kept just being rude and interrupting like "well then no, whatever then we just can't do it". Young and dumb but that's ok. I told him to calm down and the other 2 we're very much trying to help me, but they didn't give me the chance to explain why it wouldn't work with their memory device that plugs into the reader under the steering wheel. I already had done that in North Carolina and in Michigan and each time I was stranded until the car just sorta decided to turn on again. I wish they would have let me just explain and tell them what I KNOW about my car and how they could help me. But they just kept talking over me. I'm a girl and I know I don't know much, but... I know my car and I have the devices they have and told them I knew exactly what they wanted to do. But because they wouldn't let me explain I thanked them and told them I really appreciated their help, except the rude young duder. They really wanted to help. But wouldn't listen to a thing I wanted to say. Ugh.
