This is more to Petsmart as a company, but I really dislike being asked “what’s your phone number” as soon as I come up to the counter. That’s all the employees are worried about because they can be punished if they don’t reach enough phone numbers. This makes going here really miserable because it is ALL the workers are worried about. Sometimes that’s all the cashiers say to me. They don’t respond when I ask them how they’re doing, or to have a good day. They don’t talk at all. It’s like I’m speaking to a robot.
