The Miamisburg post office is the best local USPS I've ever had. The staff members at the front counters are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are really helpful in answering even the most specific of questions I have for them! It's clearly a well run operation behind the scenes too as I've sent out thousands of packages through them and I have never had any issues. I even saw the postmaster shoveling snow on the front sidewalk this past winter. Additionally, I have not had any issues with mail or packages coming to my house or scheduling pick ups.

I have had mail sitting in my mailbox for DAYS for them to take. They keep shoving mail in my box and won't take my outgoing mail. Ridiculous.

You are going to have to call the actual post office and talk to the post master general or go to the post office. I doubt very much they even pay attention to any of this.
There is a new carrier on the route. Call the post office in Miamiburg
