Online order with in store pickup. The box was shredded. The employee said it must have "come in that way". Ray Charles could have seen the damage with the packaging. Why didn't someone take the initiative to REJECT the damaged box instead of telling me that my order was ready for pickup? The Customer Service staff varied from incompetent, condescending and showed limited interest with assisting me. No thanks to the floor manager walking around silently observing. Could you not see your employees struggling? Mr./Ms. Store Manager, any response?
