World class gym! Two floors of lifting equipment of both free weights and machines. It has a huge diversity of cardio machines, a nice pool, sauna and steam room, indoor track with incline and decline, and courts for basketball, racquetball, and tennis.

This is my favorite gym. Family owned, beer on tap, rougue equipment, classes galore, wet and dry saunas. This place has it all and in a family environment. I’m sad I moved to the west sad only because of missing out on this place. If you live anywhere on the east side of Cincinnati, this is the best place to put in work.

There is a steam room and a sauna room connected to the pool area. And in the men's locker room their is a hotter sauna that I use more often.
