Dr. Flowers does not listen to patients at all. My infant was five weeks old and I reported extreme gas and diarrhea. I reported on three occasions calling multiple times that she was not eating as much as before, that her stomach was hurting her, that she was screaming in pain while feeding for THREE weeks. As a first time mom all my faith was in my pediatrician. For two weeks I was told it could be a virus while my child had zero fevers. I repeatedly insisted she could have a milk allergy since her father has one. My gut instinct was something wasn’t right but I continued to listen to my pediatrician. She insisted she stayed on her current formula despite my repeated concerns. The third Friday of this going on my baby was 8 weeks old refusing milk, having diarrhea while not eating, and her her soft spot had begun to sink with little wet diapers. I called three times, one of the times in tears. It is now the following Wednesday and no one ever returned those phone calls. That Friday night we took her into the childrens hospital where she was given fluids and her formula was changed. She was dehydrated and diagnosed immediately with a milk allergy. After her first offering of new formula she drank four ounces like she was dying to eat. I sent the discharge paper work to this office and as I stated it is Wednesday and no one has even called me to check in on our child. I do not recommend this office. The office personnel are very rude. I was late to my last appointment by 5 minutes and the woman checking in had the audacity to tell me in a nasty tone I was late when I’m a brand new mom. NEW MAMAS BEWARE! They do not listen to you or care about your concerns.

I'm very pleased with the care I received. They have great Nurse Practitioners, very polite, respectful and they hear you... Couldn't ask for better care. I'm so appreciative of this facility. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been going here for years. I’ve seen several different doctors and nurse practitioners during my time. I currently see John Green and he is excellent, the best! My child’s pediatrician is here as well. The Express Care after hours has been an added benefit of being a patient here. My family and I have been well taken care of. The appointment scheduling process is not always efficient and can be frustrating, and that is my only complaint.

If the pharmacy isn't refilling scripts it's because they want you to be seen in person. Most times either 1x every 3-6 months. Has nothing to do with not caring about you. They won't just fill scripts when they haven't seen you in a while.

Hi Deanna, We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid. We also offer an income-based, sliding scale for unisnured or underinsured patients.
Hello Alexis, We do not currently offer orthodontic services. We do refer our patients to orthodontists for braces.
No, we do not close for lunch, and unfortunately, we are not open on Sunday.
